Authorized team members of Moderate Genius Foundation and its approved contractors may access your account to provide technical support, onboarding, coaching, or account analysis. This access is restricted to service-related purposes only.

Support Chat: Our support chat is available to all users. With your consent, we may identify you in the chat to provide personalized assistance. Without consent, the chat operates anonymously but still provides full support functionality.

If you are located in the EU, UK, or certain U.S. states, you have the right to:

If you request deletion, we may anonymize your personal profile instead of deleting associated sales data. This ensures that your company's historical metrics remain accurate while your personal identity is removed.

PIF Perfect is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
